Sevan Montano is the First Vice President and Head of Treasury Management Sales & Escrow at First Bank. She drives growth in the treasury management client portfolio by cultivating strong client relationships. Her consultative sales approach focuses on understanding client needs in order to deliver tailored product and service solutions. Additionally, Ms. Montano oversees team training and development, collaborates with senior leadership on strategic revenue and deposit growth initiatives, and optimizes the department's sales methodology.

Sevan has been in banking for 18 years, with 12 years of experience in her current field. She has previously held positions in Boston and New York City with Bank of America, Valley Bank, Bank Hapoalim BHI, and PNC Bank as she has grown through the ranks of the Treasury Management Sales and Sales Team leadership.

Ms. Montano earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University and is currently attending Keller Graduate School for her MBA.

From 2011 to 2018, Sevan was a dedicated member of Team in Training (TNT), a fundraising organization supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). As a TNT participant, she balanced intense athletic training for marathons with fundraising for blood cancer research. She proudly culminated supporting this cause by running in the 2018 NYC Half Marathon.
