Anubha RajVP/Sales Training Manager

Anubha Raj is a VP/Sales Training Manager located at our offices in Hamilton, NJ. She is responsible for developing effective training programs for new and existing employees that will provide enhanced employee performance. She also manages internal and external sales partner relationships, as well as sales campaigns and other projects.

Ms. Raj has been in banking for over 20 years, 15 of which were spent in her current field. Prior to joining First Bank, Anubha was a Business Development Officer for India Limited, Banking Center Manager at Provident Bank, and Team Leader for Sales & Retail at Provident Bank.

She actively volunteers for the Bihar-Jharkhand Association of North America (BJANA), as well as Dhun Musical Group USA. Anubha graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Patna Science College, and received her graduate degree from the Institute of Public Enterprise.
