Jessica DiRocco is a VP/Branch Manager located at our West Chester branch. She is responsible for business development, building customer relationships, mentoring her team, and overseeing day-to-day branch operations.
Jess has been in banking for over 15 years, being promoted to Branch Manager in 2022. Prior to joining First Bank, she was a Personal Banker at First National Bank of Chester County as well as BB&T.
Ms. DiRocco is an active member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce.
