Jose Jurado is a FVP/Construction Lending Manager at our offices in Hamilton, NJ. He is responsible for managing the Construction Portfolio, reviewing Construction Loan Term Sheets, PFA, Commitment Letters, Loan Agreements and Notes. He provides status reports to senior management and engages third party construction consultants to perform plan and cost reviews prior to closing on loans.
Jose has been in banking for 33 years and has been in his current field for 25 years. Prior to joining First Bank, he was a Construction Lending Administrator at First Savings Banks and Provident Bank. He then moved to Investors Bank where he was a VP/Construction Lending Manager.
Mr. Jurado has been a member of the Hopelawn Youth Organization, the Perth Amboy Catholic School Athletic Director, and the Old Bridge Basketball Association. Jose attended The Chubb Institute and then Middlesex County College to receive his degree.
