Donna CalderaroSVP/ABL Business Development Officer

Donna Calderaro is Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer located at our corporate offices in Fairfield, New Jersey. Donna is responsible for developing new business and extending financing services to Middle Market clients in the northeast region, seeking working capital solutions. Donna has over 30 years experience in specialty lending, with a decade of that time dedicated to business development at People’s United Bank. Prior to joining First Bank, she held a similar position at M&T Bank. Additionally, she managed portfolios of asset-based loans for Lakeland Bank (NJ), FINOVA Capital Corporation (NYC), and Textron Financial Corporation (Atlanta), where she held various positions in specialty lending, including collateral, underwriting, and portfolio management. Donna is a Board Member of Secured Finance Network of New Jersey (SFNET) and serves as chair for the Women's and Education Committees and a Member of Turnaround Management Association (TMA). She is responsible for leading First Bank’s Asset Based Lending Group and pushing initiatives surrounding specialty finance.
