Michael Maiorino is President of Asset Based Lending group located at our corporate offices in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Michael has been in specialty lending for over 40 years. Prior to joining First Bank, he was President of People’s United Business Capital and Head of Specialized Finance consisting of ABL, Mortgage Warehouse Lending, Trade Finance, and Equipment Finance with combined portfolios of over $5 billion. Michael was EVP at Santander Bank with similar responsibilities including workout. In 2013, Michael was President of the Commercial Finance Association, now known as Secured Finance Network. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from SFNet in 2021 for his contributions to the secured lending industry. Michael received in bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island, his MBA from Canisius College, and has a Certificate in Strategic Planning from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business.
