Rosemarie Abate is a VP/Portfolio Manager located at our Denville branch. She is responsible for managing the commercial lending portfolios and providing portfolio management support to the commercial relationship managers.

Rosemarie has been in banking for over 25 years, all of which she has spent in her current field. Prior to joining First Bank, she was a portfolio manager at Sterling National Bank and was a relationship manager at several large regional banks.

Ms. Abate is a very involved member of the Elks and is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Enrolled Agent, Chartered Tax Consultant, Disability Specialist and has Securities licensed, Series 7, 6, 63 for life and health. Rosemarie received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Associates in Computer Science.
