Al Dolnick is a VP/Portfolio Manager located at our offices in Hamilton, NJ. He is responsible for managing the portfolios of commercial loans, as well as assisting with construction loan administration.

Mr. Dolnick has been in banking for 36 years, 16 of which were spent in his current field. Prior to joining First Bank, Al worked for Magyar Bank in various roles, including back office operations, middle management, and consumer as well as commercial lending.

He serves as Treasurer on the board for the Friends of Middlesex County Adult Substance Abuse Program (ASAP). Al is a recipient of the Wharton School, Wharton Leadership Certificate. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, and attended the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking.
