Thomas Bay is a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager in Northern New Jersey. He is responsible for facilitating new loan and deposit relationships through business development. Tom started working with First Bank as a Credit Analyst, and with his strong customer service focus and lending knowledge, he made the jump to Relationship Manager.
Prior to working at First Bank, Mr. Bay was a recruiter in the technical and financial sectors. He placed compliance experts with large banks and financial businesses to help them maintain compliance with new regulations.
Tom is a lifelong New Jersey resident, and graduated from Rutgers University with a double major in Economics and Communications.
