Louis Ciarlante is responsible for expanding First Bank’s commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Louis has been in banking for over 25 years. He comes to First Bank from First Priority/Mid Penn Bank, where he was responsible for business development and portfolio management.
Mr. Ciarlante earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from LaSalle University and also attended The Risk management Association/Philadelphia Commercial Lending School where he earned a certificate in Commercial Lending. He is a board member for the Community Lenders Development Corporation and is active in the Hilltop Baseball league.
