Joseph Cavalchire brings over two decades of experience in the banking industry. He began his career in asset-based lending in 2002 and earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2006. Following this, Joseph transitioned to community banking, where he has dedicated himself to serving local business owners. Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and Commercial Loan Officer, specializing in the middle-market segment across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
As part of the First Bank team, Joseph serves as a Relationship Manager, acting as a dedicated point of contact for clients. His primary responsibility is to support business owners in navigating their financing needs. Known for his consultative and transparent approach, Joseph ensures that clients fully understand the lending structures and products available to them, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys traveling with his wife, two children, and their two dogs in their RV. He is actively involved in supporting his daughter’s figure skating pursuits and managing his son’s ice hockey team.
