Philip Smith is a seasoned banking professional with over three decades of experience. As Senior Vice President and Business Banking Team Leader at First Bank, he strategically guides the SNJ & PA Business Banking and SBA Sales Teams in cultivating strong business relationships.
Prior to joining First Bank, Philip held leadership roles at prominent financial institutions including Bank of Burlington, Bank of America, KeyBank, and Merchants Bank. His diverse career has encompassed both consumer and commercial banking, where he has excelled in relationship management and team leadership.
A graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Philip is actively involved in the South Jersey and Pennsylvania chambers of commerce. He has also served as a past chair of several committees with the Vermont Bankers Association.
