Gwen FisherVP/Corporate Training & Development Specialist

Gwendelyn Fisher is Vice President and Corporate Training and Development Specialist at First Bank. Her job duties include creating and overseeing the overarching training and development programs for the employees of the Bank. She is passionate about employee engagement and helping people to realize their strengths and skills in order to grow, personally and professionally.

Gwen has been in banking for 20 years, beginning as IT/Deposit Operations and Marketing Officer with Bucks County Bank, and most recently as AVP/Marketing Manager with First Bank.

Ms. Fisher earned her AST degree in Computer Networking and PC Technology from Lehigh Valley College, and enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
